Rather than limiting events to a single ceremony or reception window, our approach allows couples and hosts to enjoy the space in a way that feels natural — whether that means an intimate one-day wedding, a rehearsal dinner and ceremony across two days, or a full wedding weekend with overnight stays for close friends and family.

PREPARING FOR YOUR SPECIAL DAY
Your Planner
To guarantee your day unfolds effortlessly, a professional wedding planner or month-of coordinator is required on-site from first arrival to final departure. Their expertise allows you to be fully present while they manage every detail.
Getting Ready Spaces
Our downstairs ready rooms are all yours, perfect for both wedding parties to relax and prepare.
Music & Departure
For the comfort of our neighbors, all music wraps up by 10:00 PM so guests can depart at a leisurely pace. Guests not staying overnight must depart when the music ends.
Setup Time
You and your vendors can begin setting up as early as 8:00 AM on your reserved day(s). Check-in for overnight guests begins at 2:00 PM.
Restroom Needs
We have two restrooms on site for your guests which can accommodate 50–100 guests. The restrooms inside the house are for the bridal party only. For guest counts above 100, a restroom trailer rental is recommended to maintain comfort and convenience throughout your celebration.
Planning Ahead
Please provide your final site plan six months prior to your wedding for a seamless event experience.
Catering Access
Your catering crew can make full use of the indoor kitchen, plus outdoor power outlets, water access, and a covered service area.
House Cleaning
If the inside of the house is used, a $375 cleaning fee will be added so it’s pristine for the next guests.
Securing Your Date
A 50% deposit reserves your date. This is non-refundable and applied toward your total. We accept check, cash, or credit card (3% fee for cards).
Event Insurance
Event liability insurance is required. Most policies range between $75–$180.
Vendor Standards
We work only with licensed and insured vendors. Each will provide a Certificate of Insurance naming Pine Creek Place as an additional insured.
